Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Delivery takes 5-10 business days inside the States when selecting the basic $5 shipping method (USPS/FedEx). For customers who would like the 2-Day or Standard Overnight shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times.

Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day and Overnight options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box, we’re sorry!) FedEx 2-Day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends.

Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed till the next business day. For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees.

We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! Heatslab is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. heatslab is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

Returns

We realize that you make choices in the buying process and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we must meet reasonable expectations when these situations occur. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order.

If you wish to make a return please contact us at irondrillfitness@gmail.com to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. “No returns or exchanges after 30 days”. We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED.
